These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and StoxiFy ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Enterprise SLA and Uptime
StoxiFy guarantees a 99.9% uptime for core production and disposal logging infrastructure. Planned maintenance will be heavily communicated. As an "Infrastructure at Cost" provider, we ensure that your underlying Vercel and Supabase instances remain operational.
2. Billing & Overages
By registering for the Platform, you agree to the Base Platform constraints (100k MAU, 8GB Disk, etc.). If your organization exceeds these limits, your payment method on file via Stripe will be charged based on the exact overage metrics defined on our Pricing page. Failure to pay overages may result in read-only access states.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. The Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
- Do not intentionally attempt to exceed disk IOPS to crash systems.
- Do not reverse engineer the ML/AI predictive heuristics.
- Ensure all uploaded files (100GB limit) are strictly business-related.
